The Marketing Associate / Associate Producer supports PYT Fairfield’s creative team to promote our performances, projects, and community programs. This role is ideal for an early-career marketing and communications professional with an interest in the arts and creative industries.

Working closely with the Director and Artistic Alliance, the position combines hands-on marketing, digital content creation, and producing support. The role contributes to PYT’s storytelling, helping us connect with audiences, participants, artists and partners through electronic direct mail campaigns, website updates and SEO, social media, printed collateral, and audience development.

Position: Marketing Associate / Associate Producer
Basis of Employment: Part-time, 3 days per week
Start Date: Early 2026 (negotiable)
Salary: $70,000 pro rata, plus superannuation
Conditions: Four weeks annual leave, sick leave pro rata
