Everyone’s time in Sydney’s lockdown was different and… challenging.

‘Symphony 2165’ is a self devised piece by 2022 PYT Fairfield Ensemble exploring the experiences of Fairfield residents under lockdown. As part of the Extra/Ordinary program, ‘Spinoff: A Safe Space for Dangerous Ideas’ invited young people from Fairfield and Western Sydney for a pop-up art event at Fairfield City Museum & Gallery. The 2022 PYT Ensemble performed Symphony 2165 as part of the event.

The Spinoff program, of which Symphony 2165 was a part of, was the recipient of a 2022 iMAGinE award.
