At PYT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and refunds policy is designed to be fair, clear, and in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Digital Products (PDF Downloads)
Once you’ve downloaded your script, it’s yours to keep.
We’re unable to offer refunds on digital PDF downloads where our system shows the item has been accessed or downloaded.
Please check your order carefully before finalising your purchase. If you experience any issues with downloading your script, contact us at admin@pyt.com.au right away so we can help.
Physical Products (Books, Merchandise)
Change of Mind
- You cannot return a book if you change your mind.
- If you’ve changed your mind about a physical item, other than a book, you’re welcome to return it within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Return postage is at your own expense, and the item must be returned in its original condition.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packing and shipping our items, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage. Send the images to admin@pyt.com.au
- We’ll review your claim and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
All our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund if a product has a major fault.
- A repair, replacement or refund if a product has a minor fault and can’t be fixed in a reasonable time.
These rights apply in addition to any warranties we offer and do not expire after a set period; they apply for as long as a product would reasonably be expected to last.
